Having owned our home for thirty years we needed much education about how to best sell our home. Steve willingly communicated best pracatices for selling our home. Due to his deligince in marketing our home we received a contingent offer very quickly. Despite the contigency he diligently continued to market our home as evidenced by being very willing to have an open house on each Sunday before our home sold without a contingency. I would recommend Steve to anyone who is selling their home. You will be in good hands.
